dramatic solutions to optimize your training
our purpose
“Our firm is too sophisticated for this drama stuff.”
HR Director, Fortune 500 company
Many training & development professionals believe this to be true, having experienced lackluster drama-based training such as repetitive role-play scenarios, or uninspiring and outdated video presentations, or mind-numbing drag & drop/tick the box e-learning modules.
But the issue is not any organization being too sophisticated for the drama, the issue is the drama not being sophisticated enough for the organization. Sophisticated drama is what we produce.
THE BASICS: We create dramatic materials for DEI Consultants and HR Professionals to use in their training and development, specializing in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Management, Unconscious Bias, Cross-cultural Awareness, and Workplace Harassment.
FOR WHOM: Our inventive content has heightened the impact of training & development for multinational and domestic corporations, including Financial Institutions, Legal, Insurance and Accountancy firms, as well as for the Retail, Fashion and Pharmaceutical industries.
AND WHERE: Our innovative work has been utilized throughout the world, including New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington, Boston, Houston, St. Louis, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Toronto, London, Zürich, Geneva, Basel, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Sydney, Melbourne, Mumbai and Singapore.

SCRIPTED VIDEOS
for Facilitated Discussion
Using modern concepts of visual communication, combined with intricate storing-telling techniques, we construct video content that presents your message both effectively and cost-effectively.
We have found that overly produced and slick videos often come across as inauthentic, and solicit cynicism.
Our work captivates the viewer by using imaginative styles of filmmaking to efficiently examine the substance of any interaction. We focus on truth rather than realism, inspiring participant ownership and validating the practicality of your message.
Remember those old training videos?
We don’t do that.
INTERACTIVE DRAMA
for Experiential Training
With virtual, hybrid, and in-person options, we use imaginative staging techniques, sophisticated scenarios, and professional actors to create drama that reflects the complexity of the workplace environment.
We feel interactive drama has become too routine, lacking in creativity and innovation, and basically un-dramatic.
By prioritizing the drama, we engage the participants’ thoughtful curiosity and emotional intelligence. We direct our actors and guide facilitators to foster an enjoyable, safe and challenging environment to ensure the conversations continue long after the training is over.
Remember when you had to do role-play?
We don’t do that.
BRANCHING SCENARIOS
for E-Learning Programs
We map out story-based narratives, combining authentic situations with three-dimensional personalities, immersing the user in a thought-provoking journey determined by their own decision-making.
We believe the ‘click-then-quiz’ model creates experts in drag & drop activities, not in human interaction.
Rather than providing correct/incorrect feedback, we engage the user to discover the impact of their decisions. Authentic stories from the workplace allow us to learn and become empowered with efficiency, and these narratives are at the core of our E-Learning content.
Remember when you had to tick the box?
We don’t do that.
